The standard 220 GSM polo shirt, garment color and required sizes are confirmed for the project. - Artwork & Placement Confirmation:
The left-chest, back and sleeve graphics are reviewed for their position and production suitability. - DTF Production & Application:
Approved artwork is produced through in-house DTF printing and applied to the selected blank polo shirts by heat transfer. - Sample Preparation:
One sample per design is prepared for confirmation. Standard sample lead time is approximately 5–7 days. - Customer Approval:
The sample, artwork, print positions and garment requirements are confirmed before bulk production. - Bulk Production:
Bulk production proceeds according to the confirmed design, garment color, size breakdown and print placements. Standard lead time is approximately 15 days.
